Please turn off the monitors and projectors when you are finished using them.

The ISIS conference rooms are outfitted with an automatic A/V switching system.  To connect your device, simply turn on the monitor/projector and plugin either the HDMI, USB-C cables OR start the AirMedia app. The system will detect the input you are using and switch automatically. The systems only use one input for everything that is connected and typically you will not need to switch inputs on the monitors or projectors. Suggestion: Go into the meeting rooms to test before your presentation.

Red, Green, Gold, and Blue conference rooms

The Red, Green, Gold, and Blue conference rooms have a Crestron wireless AirMedia system that you can connect to without using cables. Suggestion: Do not use the AirMedia system for the first time before a very important meeting.

When you turn on the display you should see a screen with the information below. Each conference system has its own name and IP address for connections.

To connect via AirMedia, if you have not already, point your web browser to the IP address listed on the screen to download the helper app.

The web page will detect your Operating System if it is supported and give you the client download page.

AirMedia download 2

If you want to download for other systems click on the "Don't see the download for your device?" link.

AirMedia platform choice

Once downloaded depending on your system it will either auto start or you will need to go to your Download folder to start it. Look for the file named "AirMedia" followed by the IP of the device. You can move these files to a better location for future use.

AirMedia apps downloaded

Please do not start the app and initiate a connection unless you are actually in the conference room. Doing so will pop up a pin on the projector, possibly during a meeting.

When you start the app it will pop up a code on the display. Enter the code shown on the screen in the app.
