Mary Margaret Sprinkle is the Assistant Director of ISIS and leads the Administrative team. She came from the University of Arizona, where she served as Assistant Director for Finances and Operations at CyVerse, a national cyberinfrastructure for scientific, defense, and health-related research. She and her team maintained the public-facing image and administrative back-end of this complex project. Before moving to Arizona, she was at the University of California, Berkeley, where she served as Executive Director, Acting, of TRUST, an NSF-funded Science and Technology Center on cybersecurity and privacy.

Sprinkle holds an MBA and has over 15 solid years of experience with university policies and procedures as well as project management and research administration. She has expertise in the management of large federal-funded, domain-diverse, collaborative projects, both international and domestic, including fiscal management, executive and project support for collaborations, maintaining compliance with federal regulations, and facilitating communication across global and virtual organizations. Her interests lie in extending collaborations beyond the academic sector and identifying sustainable pathways to continued research and discovery.
